FURTHER STEPS
1
If possible check whether the color matches in daylight.
2
Test the foundation by applying it to the jaw line, on the whole face if possible. Never on your hand!
3
After applying the foundation wait for a while, until it melts with the skin. Then you can be sure that it is well chosen.
4
Try to match the foundation perfectly to the skin. Remember that the foundation should give the effect of uniform skin and the depth is only obtained by using contouring products.
5
If you have the opportunity, ask for somebody's help that can help you indicate the tones in your skin and assess how you look in a given foundation.
If you choose a shade, follow the range descriptions mainly. Each manufacturer has different shades under the same or similar range name.
Skin conditions such as capillaries and acne do not determine your skin tone. If you have dilated capillaries or erythema, this does not mean that your tones are cool. Therefore, it is important to look at the color of the neck and neckline when choosing.
